Oneida Health employees can earn up to a 6% match. All employees who work over 900 hours in a calendar year receive an automatic 3% match with a match of an additional 3% when an employee contributes a minimum of 6% through payroll deduction.
Employees who are advancing in their health career can receive up to $5,500 annually in tuition reimbursement. Oneida Health and affiliates are Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations, and, therefore, eligible employees may qualify for forgiveness of certain federal student loans under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
